Magnus Commodities will take part as a speaker at the 28th Edition of the AERCE Congress, the benchmark event for Procurement professionals in Spain, which will be held on June 11 at IFEMA (Madrid). On this occasion, Magnus Commodities will share the stage with Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) to deliver a joint presentation entitled “CCEP & Magnus Commodities – A Success Story Bringing Sustainability and Procurement Together.”
This presentation will address one of the most relevant challenges in the sector: how to effectively integrate ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) objectives into Procurement strategy and the supply chain.
Coca-Cola Europacific Partners, a European leader in sustainability and commitment to the Net Zero objective, has worked closely with Magnus Commodities to transform its internal processes. The session will showcase real-life examples of how the Procurement, Sustainability, Finance, and Engineering departments have been aligned—both internally and externally, including suppliers—to deploy concrete actions that positively impact emissions across Scopes 1, 2, and 3.
In an increasingly regulated environment with a wide range of technological solutions available, the presentation will explain how to establish a strategic roadmap that prioritizes the most effective sustainability investments, taking into account the level of technological maturity, current regulation, and financial impact.
The session will be presented by Paul Woodcock-Jones, Senior Manager Strategic Procurement & Supply Chain at CCEP, and Felipe Gracia, Managing Director of Magnus Commodities.
Magnus Commodities’ participation in this forum reaffirms its commitment to the development of integrated and sustainable solutions for large companies, actively collaborating in the energy transition of the European business landscape.
